I'm in a position where I have the opportunity to pursue that passion in several different areas. So MLM-Secrets.com has taken a back seat for the moment, it will still continue to run like normal except I'm just not in the right headspace to write any new material. Me In A Magazine

I know it's been a long while since I last made a post, but with the Christmas holidays I got totally distracted but I'm back now and ready to start making this year the best so far as I hope you are too.

My first bit of blog worthy news is that my article (Unlimited Advertising For Your Online MLM Business) has been published in the Feb/Mar/Apr edition of "Australian Business and Money Making Opportunities". YAY!

I'm also working on developing a new idea I came up with recently but I'm not going to give too much away right now but let's just say there is nothing else like it in the MLM industry.

Plus one more thing, I plan on writing my first real, physical book (nothing to do with MLM) - haven't even started yet and it'll probably be a while but I'll keep you posted on that too.

Anyway, that's what I've got planned so far for this year. I've got a lot of work ahead of me, but it should all be good fun and great experience. I hope you've set some goals for this year, if not, do it now!

A Secret Story

I just wanted to make a quick post to bring a new book and DVD to your attention - you might have already heard of it, it's called "The Secret". I recently bought the book for my mum's birthday and have since read some myself.

It just makes so much sense and I've already seen a small result - last weekend I had a guitar concert where I was going to play 2 songs. I wasn't too confident with the first and the second one wasn't even finished. After reading a bit of "The Secret" I started imagining playing it well before I went to sleep and in the morning when I woke up. And guess what, it worked out pretty much exactly how I'd imagined it!

Anyway, if you can, I encourage you to get a copy of the book for yourself at least - it's great. I'll be getting the DVD as well soon.

Recently I signed up to this new forum - Conquer Your Niche Forum, and have found it really enjoyable so far. If you're doing anything with internet marketing I highly recommend you sign up for a free account.

Not only do you get the chance to position yourself as a leader by making helpful posts and providing a link back to your website (which is the advantage of the normal forums), but just by viewing threads and making posts you earn special points. And for every one of these points you get, the forum will show your ad (that you put in when signing up) once.

Yes I’m Still Alive

I know it's been ages since my last post, but hey, it's better late than never.

I guess the most news-worthy thing I've done recently is that I've started up a newsletter for MLM Success Secrets now, which I'm pretty happy with.

This is a great idea for anyone who owns their own list. Sending out newsletter issues to your subscribers allows you to keep in touch with your list while providing them with useful information. And if you're thinking that it would be too hard to keep coming up with different subjects to cover for your newsletter, well it doesn't have to be. Just ask your subscribers to send in their most burning questions about your market and you can use those questions as inspiration to write your newsletter issues. You can check out my first issue here.

Other than that, I've still just been doing whatever I can when I can to send some traffic my way plus I've been doing a fair bit of photography lately.

Press Releases

I recently tried submitting a press release at PRWeb.com and guess what...they're no longer accepting releases that are about mlm or network marketing! Plus after the 23rd of October they're not offering their free press release service.

I'm so disappointed. Press releases have huge potential for your business. Your release can get ranked in the the search engines resulting in loads of free traffic for your website, plus you could actually get some media coverage. There are heaps more great reasons why you should publish press releases for your business.

But if you're in MLM like I am, don't try doing a press release for your MLM business at PRWeb.com. I am looking into other press release services on the net that I can use, I'll let you know what I find.

In Case You're Wondering

In case you've been wondering, yes I am too young to sign up to most things like PayPal, Success University, affiliate networks, etc, and that's where my mum (Ursula) fits in. She puts everything in her name.

I do most of the work and she collects the money, of course I charge a commission of what I make ;)

And that's why some of the links I recommend have "urs-gav" at the start, i.e. urs-gav.successuniversity.com and
urs-gav.magneticsponsoringonline.com.

Anyway I thought I'd just let you that everything is legal in case you were wondering.

Two New Things

Hello everyone!

I've just recently finished 2 new projects for my online MLM business.

The first is a blog where I'll be posting all my articles on MLM - Free MLM Articles. This is a great way to get indexed in the search engines by having pages and pages of keyword-targeted articles plus anyone who wants to use the articles for content is free to, as long as they follow the guidelines.

If you're using article marketing to promote your business I suggest you do the same, just sign up for a free blogging account here at Blogger and start archiving your articles.

The second project I've finished is the free email course on building a successful online MLM business. It's a 7 lesson course covering 7 simple strategies you can implement straight away so you can start building your online MLM business now. You can sign up for free at MLM Success Secrets.

Having your own website and building your own list of loyal subscribers is the most important asset you need to have to be an MLM success and just about any other business as well. I've Been Busy

Sorry I haven't been posting regularly but I've been really busy and haven't had any time.

I've been working on the email course for MLM Success Secrets which is now finished. I'm just putting everything into my auto-responder at the moment - it will be ready real soon.

I've also been making my way through the MLM Traffic Formula course, it's really great stuff! The info on Adwords in there has been really helpful and I think when I start up my next campaign for MLM Success Secrets it should go really well.

Plus I've been busy with my photography - I've got some photos to put in an exhibition for the weekend and I've also set myself the goal of making a few hundred dollars these school holidays from my photos.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've mainly been doing, oh and I'm working on developing an easy stream of income I just recently read about - I'll let you know how that goes.

MLM Traffic Formula

Last Wednesday mum ordered me the new MLM Traffic Formula and it just arrived this morning.

It's looking awesome!

I've already listened to the first 2 audio CDs. Which means there is still 9 more CDs to listen to, 2 tutorial videos to watch and then I have to read the 220 page manual!

Wow, I've really got my work cut out for me for the next few weeks. Judging from what I've learned already, there should be a lot of new techniques and strategies for me to try out - this stuff is ground breaking!

The authors (Mike Dillard, Tim Erway and Tom Bell) really spill their guts on all their little-known secrets for generating endless leads and cashflow for your MLM business.

This is a course not to be missed, but it will be if you don't act fast! Last time I checked the page, it was only going to be up for another day and 8 hours! So take some action now and invest in the MLM Traffic Formula, you won't regret it.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the price...it's a fraction of what they could easily be charging for it.

What Have I Been Up To?

Sorry I haven't been posting that often, but I've been busy.

At the moment I'm writing an email course for MLM Success Secrets so I can start building a list. As I've heard so many times; "the money is in the list".

I won't tell you any more about it at the moment except that I'm hoping it'll be ready by next week. So keep your eyes open for it - I'll be making another post when it's ready.

I've also written another article and posted it to the same article directories I used last time. Check it out: Why 95% Of Network Marketers Fail, And How To Be One Of The 5% That Succeed.

Plus I've submitted my ebook to 2 ebook directories so far (I didn't even know they existed!). I came accross this list of them here and am slowly making my way through them.

Now, just so you know, I'm not just doing everything online, I'm also trying to sell my photos locally. I've just sent in 3 of my photos into a charity exhibition this morning, I'm hoping they'll all get sold, that would be so awesome! Ive already sold one of my photos for $75 and another for $60, but I'm interested to see how these ones will go.

Over the weekend I submitted my article (Unlimited Advertising) to 8 different article directories. Here's a list of them so you know where you can submit your articles:

Writing and submitting articles is a great way to get noticed. The people who search the article directories are looking for content to use on their websites or newsletters, etc - your articles could get put on some popular pages throughout the net.

The one thing you have to make sure you have with every one of your articles is a paragraph about yourself and what you're offering in the "About the Author" or "Author Bio" or whatever it may be. And in that paragraph, you include a link or two to your lead capture page and/or blog (that's what I did!).

Your articles (providing they're written well) will brand you as a leader/expert in your field and give readers somewhere to go to find out more about you and what you're offering. That's the whole point of this strategy.

Now, you might be thinking that you can't write articles for whatever reason (though I think you still could), lucky for you, there is a whole heap of other people out there who will do it for you. Just hire a ghost writer to do a couple of articles for you, and once they've been paid, you own exclusive rights to what they've written - which means you can edit them if you like and even put your name as the author! Check out Elance for ghost writers.

Of course it takes time to build a good amount of articles that bring in significant traffic, but hey it's free and you might even find that it's fun (like I have).

How Am I Marketing MLM Success Secrets?

Hello everyone!

I thought I'd better make a quick post and just let you all know what I've been doing to market my latest website MLM Success Secrets.

First of all I started a Google Adwords campaign which has been going really well, it's out-performed all the campaigns I've done in the past in terms of the click through rates. I was really happy with the ad copy I was able to write.

But that's not all I've done. Adwords costs money, so I need some free streams of traffic (my favourite type) as well.

So what have I done for this?....

Well I've started writing articles that I can post to various article directories. I've already posted one at Go Articles and Idea Marketers yesterday, but I'll be posting it to more directories soon.

I spent most of the day today submitting MLM Success Secrets to free directories to get listed in their databases (I got this idea from The Rich Jerk). This is an extremely easy technique to use to increase your link popularity which in turn is very important in getting listed in the search engines...

Hey, I almost forgot...I found out the other day I'm already ranked number 7 in Yahoo for the search term: mlm secrets! I'm pretty happy with that :)

Yeah, anyway back to what I was saying before I was so rudely interupted by myself; today I submitted MLM Success Secrets to 8 free directories all together. Here's a list of them in case you want to use them for your own websites:

Ok so what is there for me to do now?...

Well as I said before I still need to post my article to more directories and write some more as well. I'm also going to see if I can put together a joint venture soon. Oh yeah, and I'll have to do some press releases too.

Well at the moment I'm in the middle of setting up a Google Adwords campaign to promote the site. Plus I'll have to start writing some articles to post to the articles directories as well.

So What Am I Doing?

You may be wondering what exactly I’m doing at the moment to make my money.

Well I’ll tell you: I’m focusing my time and energy into network marketing.

It’s great! I’ve just finished writing an ebook that’s going to help me with my recruiting, it’s called “The 6 Dirty Little Secrets They Won’t Tell You About Network Marketing”.

But the thing about this ebook is that I’ll be giving it away for free. Then everyone who gets it has the rights to give it away as well and so on.

Now why on earth would I spend the time writing an ebook and just give it away for free?

Because I have my links all throughout the pages and if it’s given away so freely, it’s going to get read and my links are going to get clicked on and I’m going to make money.

EASY!!

That’s called viral marketing, where it spreads through the internet like virus and I absolutely love it!!

I highly suggest you look into viral marketing for yourself, because it’s a very powerful strategy. Mike Filsaime really knows his stuff when it comes to this, check out his Butterfly Marketing Manuscript.

Anyway, back to my ebook, it should be released in the next couple of days – I just need to add a couple of final touches and then turn it into a PDF. I’ll make another post when it’s available for download at www.MLM-Secrets.com.

Hello and welcome to my new blog.

My name is Gavin Martin-Rentz and I’m a 15 year old entrepreneur living in New South Wales, Australia. I’ve been studying business, internet marketing, investing – basically the world of making money, plus a bit of self-development for a little over a year now.

So what’s going to be in this blog for you?

Apart from being homework set by my mentor Bill White (http://www.e-bizcoach.com/?gur), I wanted somewhere for me to keep a regular update of my thoughts, what I’m doing and what I’m learning. Hopefully you’ll find lots of helpful tidbits that will assist you in your ventures.
